Speaker Biographies

 Greg B. Scott – President and Founder, ChinaBio® Accelerator

Mr. Scott has helped launch over thirty life science startups in the US and China as a founder, investor and advisor. He founded the ChinaBio® Accelerator to help fund and mentor early stage life science companies in China. Mr. Scott is also the president and co-founder of Life Science Angels, and executive editor of ChinaBio® Today. Mr. Scott previously held senior management positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Capgemini and MCI.  

John V. Olyer, MBA President and CEO, BioDuro, Inc.

John is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of success who has started and managed numerous companies and raised over $US225 million in capital. In the biotech field John started (or re-started, in the case of Genta) 4 companies: Galenea (private), Genta (Nasdaq – GNTA; co-CEO), Walden Laboratories (merged into Indeveus –IDEV, VP of Operations), Oasis Biosciences (sold to Genprobe -GPRO). Mr.Oyler holds a BS in Engineering from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MBA from Stanford Business School.
